Project description: Tongliao Jinmei Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise invested by Shanghai Golden coal Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Golden coal Chemical Holding Co., Ltd. which produces ethylene glycol with lignite as raw material. It has the world's first chemical production technology, that is, using coal as raw material, through carbonylation and hydrogenation to produce ethylene glycol, a new clean and environmentally friendly process route. In the process of making ethylene glycol, the water content of lignite, the raw material of chemical industry, is strictly required, so a matching lignite drying workshop is built. The annual processing capacity reaches 900,000 tons, and the drying system runs smoothly.

Project Introduction: A set of drum drying system was installed in the Yanzishan coal preparation workshop of Datong Coal Mining Group Co., ltd., for the drying of coal sludge. The heat source was the chain coal-fired hot blast stove. The detection institution showed that the total flue gas emission was about 130000m3/h and the maximum SO2 concentration was 1025mg/Nm3. Maximum nitrogen oxide concentration 1467mg/Nm3. Seriously over environmental standards. After adding desulphurization, denitration and dust removal system, all environmental indicators meet the discharge requirements, and the operation is stable.
